Refund Policy

We want every customer to feel confident in their order. This Refund Policy explains when a refund is available, what is not refundable, how to request one, and how long processing takes.

1. When a Refund Is Available

You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if any of the following apply:

The product status was Detected at the time of purchase and remained detected on delivery
The product is non-functional and our support team could not resolve the issue
The license key was not activated, used or distributed
The product was delivered incorrectly due to a system error on our side

2. What Is Not Refundable

Products that were activated, used or downloaded after purchase
Account or hardware bans resulting from misuse, unsafe settings or detected use
Change of mind after the 24-hour window has passed
Digital goods already delivered and used where the product remained undetected and functional
Crypto payments after blockchain confirmation, unless the product was defective at delivery
Refunds requested through fraudulent or repeated-abuse patterns

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Card refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take additional days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer. Crypto refunds are returned in the original currency at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

Before opening a dispute with your payment provider, please contact us first. We resolve most issues quickly and a dispute may unnecessarily delay your refund or result in account termination. Filing a chargeback without a valid reason may be treated as a violation of our Terms of Service.
