Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PremiumCheat.com website and the software products, services and digital goods offered through it (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Nature of the Services

PremiumCheat provides access to game enhancement software and related digital products. Our software is offered for educational, entertainment and private use purposes only. We make no representation that any product is permitted by a particular game publisher, and you are responsible for understanding the rules and terms of the games you play.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements. The Services are available only where legally permitted.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used for fraudulent activity, or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Services or other users.

4. License to Use the Software

When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes during the selected subscription period. The license is tied to the account that made the purchase and may not be shared, sub-licensed, sold, rented or otherwise transferred to a third party.

You may not: copy, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the software; remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices; or use the software to develop competing products. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and to comply with the rules of the games and platforms you play. You are solely responsible for your in-game behaviour and for any consequences that arise from it. We strongly recommend using an alternative account that you are prepared to lose, and we accept no responsibility for account or hardware bans.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Reselling, redistributing or sharing product licenses or files
• Reverse-engineering, cracking or attempting to bypass product protections
• Using the Services to harass, defraud or harm others
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services, its infrastructure or other users
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse refunds, promotions or support resources
• Misrepresenting your identity or the purpose of your order

7. Payments and Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is processed by third-party providers (card, cryptocurrency and other supported methods). Prices shown on the website include any applicable provider fees unless stated otherwise. You agree to pay the amount displayed at the time of checkout. Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in termination of your account and exclusion from future orders.

8. Updates and Maintenance

Game clients are updated frequently and our software is maintained accordingly. During your subscription period we provide updates free of charge, and lifetime licenses include updates for the lifetime of the product. Updates may be delayed or unavailable during maintenance windows or when a product is flagged as detected or under review. We do not guarantee continuous availability or compatibility with every game update.

9. Product Status and Detection

Every product page displays a live status (Undetected, Testing, Updating or Detected). Status can change at any time following an anti-cheat update. Using a product that is not marked Undetected is done at your own risk. We are not responsible for bans, hardware restrictions or other consequences that occur when a product is detected.

10. No Warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PremiumCheat and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, accounts, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PremiumCheat and its operators, employees and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license rights cease and you must stop using and delete the software. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, indemnification and governing law) shall survive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
